Shelburne, Nova Scotia - (The Hosting News) - May 12, 2008 - H-Sphere cluster hosting provider, EIRCA Ltd., has expanded its geographically clustered services core feature, to a third Washington D.C. datacenter.
The move comes as a result of the recent announcement of an exclusive agreement with Softlayer Technologies, which saw the two companies form a long-term mutually beneficial partnership. The third datacenter is located just 7 miles from Dulles International Airport in a facility designed to full Tier IV standards. It features multiple redundant power connections in addition to the three 2-megawatt generators and eight, fully redundant, 750 kVA UPS systems.
The completion of the third datacenter was also accompanied by a new addition to the company’s Geographically Clustered Service, specifically targeted toward the company’s large reseller hosting client base.
