野外で採集し飼育を始めたツガカレハ(カレハガ科)幼虫の動きがここ2~3日鈍くなったと思ったら、体を食い破って寄生蜂(コマユバチの一種?)の幼虫が続々と外に出てきて小さな白い繭を紡ぎ始めた。蛾にとっては恐るべき天敵ですが、林業関係者にとっては益虫になるのでしょう。Webカメラを用いて微速度撮影に初挑戦(LiveCapture2でインターバル撮影→動画に変換)。ピント合わせが難しい。つづく[Host] hairy caterpillar of japanese moth (Dendrolimus sperans).
